A series of processes for ceramic water cup mold opening and customization mainly include the following 8 steps:
Mud dehydration→mud refining→kneading mud→drawing→spinning→bonding→stamping (lettering)→drying
1. Mud dehydration: To draw the mud, the mud must first remove a certain amount of water and become a moderately soft and hard mud.
2. Practicing mud: practice the mud uniformly, without air or with very little air. There are two kinds of mud training: machine training and manual training. The machine training uses a vacuum mud training machine, and the manual training uses manual shovel mud training.
3. Knead the mud: Knead the trained mud into a suitable size of mud.
4. Throwing: put the mud on the rotating wheel, and according to the pre-design, pull out various shapes by hand, which is the blank.
5. Rotating blank: Rotate the blank on the machine wheel into a blank with appropriate thickness and beautiful shape.
6. Bonding: bonding ears, feet, drum nails and other accessories on the green body. Some also carry out kneading decoration on the green body to make it more beautiful.
7. Stamping (lettering): stamp the author’s seal, or author’s lettering, signing, etc. on the bottom foot or other parts of the green body.
8. Drying: Dry the completed hand-drawn blank in a warm place.
